I had a very bad experience with a realtor that works out of this office by the name of Laith Alkafaji. I reach out to see if I could get a showing of a property he is the listing agent on and in order to get a showing he wanted me to sign a form that said if I decide to buy the property I have to buy it through him, he wanted proof of funds since I told him I was paying cash and he wanted a picture of my ID just to look at the property. I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the horrific behavior I experienced from Tequila Foster. From the moment we interacted, she was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but to treat a someone with such blatant disrespect is inexcusable.
