I had a terrible experience with an agent from this brokerage. I was reaching out about a home I was interested in and right off the bat this agent was unprofessional. He responded to me over text which was fine and then I asked a few questions which he refused to answer. Simple questions which were if there was a/c, an in unit washer/dryer and what utilities were included in rent. I had to ask those questions 3 times for him to answer only one. He demanded I do a phone call with him to go over the information and we schedul... read more

Really bad experience with Caroline Nelson. She called every single minute to get the listing. Once she got it, no more calls. After 2 months she started bringing issue after issue, fees after fees (don't really know if it was on purpose or really no experience). Then she withdrawn the listing, refuse to return the key and disposed it. Extremely unprofessional! Hope not all agents at this place are like her.
