As a unit owner, and an early purchaser before the building was constructed, I've had my fair share of mixed emotions about the building and process. I'm also fully cognizant of the challenging environment (covid-era) in which the developers operated in, from supply chain issues, to interest rates, to covid complications to over-stretched builders and vendors. Current resident. Would NOT purchase in Reflections. Would urge extreme caution to anyone looking to purchase in Reflections. Thankfully, I only ended up renting with the option to purchase (I will NOT be exercising the option to purchase). I moved into Reflections July 2024 and because of my experience over the past 8 months, I would never consider purchasing in this building. The individual units themselves are beautiful.
