I had a very uncomfortable experience with an Agent named Jesse Ibarra. He seemed friendly and wanted to assist me with selling our mobile home. Up until the moment we're it came down to signing and closing our sale. He started becoming inappropriate. He rubbed on my thigh as I signed paperwork in his vehicle. I felt scared afterwards due to him having control in my home sale. Till this day I have no security with my home closing with escrow. 😭😭😭😭
Horrible experience with one of their realtors Alex Yuriar. They have dishonest, shady business practices. They have no problem deflecting any responsibility when confronted and openly admitted to poorly guiding their customers and outright lying. Apparently they're also known to contact family of the recently deceased to try and sell their homes. Absolutely disgusting.
