This office is incredible! The staff is super helpful and answers any questions you might have. The knowledge the agents have are like none other. You ask one questions and they are able to answer it for you quickly. Highly recommend this company!
Do not rent from Keller Williams Property Management. The experience was extremely disappointing. At move-out, they nickel and dime you for everything, even after giving false assurances. I was specifically told I wouldn’t be charged for patching holes with drywall mud — then they charged me anyway. The carpet was over 8 years old with exposed nails and tack strips, which is unsafe, especially for kids. Yet they still charged me for carpet cleaning, and I highly doubt they’re replacing it even though it clearly needs to be. ... read more
