Illegal practices, illegal and criminal actions by Michael Taylor. This realtor enters into a purchase agreement by way of lease of a condo and then harasses tenants in order to sell the property for his clients without notice, LTB order of possession, or N11/12. This realtor caused significant damages by breaking and entering into a fully occupied property and then advising his clients to change the locks, and proceeded to sell the property with ALL the tenants possessions.
