One of the agents working for this company outright lied about an entire discussion regarding the day our realtor would receive keys. (To give some background to other readers, we granted occupancy to the previous homeowner following closing, and then she stated during the closing appointment on multiple occasions she would be out prior to the final date, WITH HER AGENT PRESENT.)
