Dismal. I spent 9 days calling this business trying to ask to tour 6122 Ridge Oak and after 9 days was finally told it was unavailable to tour because there was an application on it. And now surprise surprise, that app must have fallen through because the house is back on the market. I inquired about leasing a home listed by an agent with Keller William City View and managed by Tru Asset Management, and it would have been $604 dollars ($75 x 2 adults + $25 for one pet's application fee + $30 monthly amenity package fee + $250 lease admin fee + $149 pre-move in assessment fee) in the first month just to move into this place.
