Had an appointment, the realtor didn't show up. People at the desk didn't seem to know the realtor.
Sam Perez said he would show me a property on a sunday, then didn't even reached out, he also made very weird questions over the phone, assessing if I was able to pay, if I was not, why would I even call?
Dismal. I spent 9 days calling this business trying to ask to tour 6122 Ridge Oak and after 9 days was finally told it was unavailable to tour because there was an application on it. And now surprise surprise, that app must have fallen through because the house is back on the market. Had somebody answered when I called the first few days, that could have been my application or I might have considered waiting to see if it would go back up. I mean it was the very top of my list.
