I would give ZERO stars! Mandy Gaskins and her "lead" Brandon have lied, misrepresented and left my niece high and dry. They did not include contingencies in contracts as requested, used their own inspectors instead of the ones requested, lied and pushed sales through at my niece's expense so they can collect their paycheck. They couldn't care less about their customers, as long as they get paid! Stay far, far away from this agency!

Recently put an offer in on a house, the realtor wouldn't work with our VA loan and didn't even pass our offer on to the seller, just gave it to an investment property company, totally discrimatory I would not recommend this company.

I’ve been renting from a third party that uses this realtor for property management. However, the owner handles all of the maintenance and repairs gracefully and in a very timely fashion. I pay my rent on the online portal which hasn’t been terrible and definitely not what I’d call reasonable. It was quite concerning that they charge a “processing fee” but it was just a few dollars and the home is excellent so I paid the fee. My neighbor had one of their trees fall due to high winds. Unknown to me, they proceeded to cut up the tree and drag the brush into my yard. When I discovered the brush, I ask them to remove the brush which was ignored. The home was shortly put on the market and the neighbors vacated the home. I called the realtor Keller Williams about removing the tree and was told that it was now my responsibility.
