Bought a flipped home from owner agent Steve Counts. He was very Petty which is a character flaw not name calling. Count your windows in a flipped home. Those will need blinds. There wasn’t a frig. AC was blowing cold air in atttic. Obvious termite damage that he should have treated in garage. He didn’t want to pay for a survey or provide one. The garage door at top was not painted. No recessed plug behind stove. W&D vented to attic.

Jessica Swain is not a good person. She’s very rude and she feels like she’s entitled and I think she needs to be fired.
