Highly unpleasant experience. Cooperated with agents Sheila & Jeff. Two words to describe their work: A) Misleading B) Evasive Appear nice when you’re a buyer, but ignore the client and mostly don’t respond when you’re a seller. Lie too. Promised me a $500 discount (email documented) but silently went back on their word. Shame on you, Sheila! Big, big shame on you.

Real Estate Agent Eden Demes of Keller Williams came soliciting the sale of my house this week. Security camera footage showed her carefully placing the solicitation in the mailbox rather than trying to ring the doorbell and discuss my interest. This is a low-effort, low-moral way to solicit rather than trying to contact me by phone or ringing the doorbell to talk to face-to-face. I suspect she represents similarly low-moral developers trying to force people out of their homes.
