Agent Kimi O did not have property prepared for sale when listed. The title of the home was not attached to the land which made it unsellable as it was in the previous sellers name so it should have never been on the market. This company still listed the property for sale and is currently up for sale and they botched the process of me being able to get my earnest money back. Worst company to work with, they will get you in a contract then not call you for over a month, they do nothing to help you find a house then will not let you out of contract to find a realtor to actually help you, they are out for themselves and don’t care about the customer. Kerri Humble hides behind email and will not take your phone calls to get anything solved.
I love working with these people and all the friendships that have been built through the years. I can count on the agents her for anything. They are the absolute best!
Poor establishment, it appears this office building is having trouble keeping staff at the front office. In the two instance were I decided to visit this location, I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes in order to speak with someone. The man that I did end up speaking with was completely unprofessional and rude. "Chase" was the name given to me.
