The experience we had with a KW agent named Mark Tucker was appalling. There were a number times he wasn’t being transparent about properties simply because he seemed desperate to close a deal. Do yourself a favor and only work with someone who has closed multiple deals (35+ per year) because the rest is riffraff.
I could never in good consciousness recommend Robert Kalin. My perception was that he was crass, lewd and out of the 5 real estate transactions this was the single worst experience. While the home did close, it was a nightmare to deal with. I stopped communicating with Robert as the deal was currently active. He had to deal with my husband because of his continued "antics" and my unwillingness to speak with him.
