Beware of this company. Salespeople will sell you items that don’t work for your remodel and then refuse an exchange or return. As a homeowner I relied on the sales persons knowledge of what was needed. In the end the homeowner is held responsible for all purchases. I was sold a linear drain that could not be installed 1,100 bucks and I had to buy a new one for another $700. Very shortsighted business model as I still had several more purchases to make. Horrible customer service! Walked in with my family on 08/29/2024 to look at some items, they barely made eye contact with us. Two ladies stood there, and continued chatting with each other at the desk. No one offered any help whatsoever so we left after about 10 minutes. Maybe they didn’t think we could afford anything, who knows?? We felt very unwelcome at Keller. We’ll take our business elsewhere even if we have to spend more.
During this process, I had contractors waiting on this install. Purchased a fiberglass tub, which turned out defective. First salesman gave me a replacement delivery day. When I called the morning of, a second salesman replied with attitude "I don't know who told you THAT (we get deliveries today)" and relayed the replacement would arrive the following day. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We live in yelm, drove back and forth now 3 times to have the employee Emily order us our faucets wrong. They made us pay overnight shipping to get the wrong faucet once again. And now they're saying it might not be here Friday. Just save your money and go to a company that is able to actually get something right for once.
