Paul and Scott are great at helping one get what they need.
Called to get some parts ordered for my home, Scott answered and said he couldn’t help me if I’m not a plumber…he refused a paying costumer. Lost my business and my companies business.
Went looking for a fix on my water spigot, spoke with an older gentleman who told me it was a lost cause, then he sold me the replacement spigot and broke down the install for me in terms that made me able to get the job done in under 5 minutes. That guy is a working class hero in my opinion, ha! Excellent experience here.
