Worst customer service I've ever seen might as well call someone from out of the country you would get better results lot of false promises system 10 days out been over a month with no updates no calls nothing call again 3 days ago talk to someone wast of time he new nothing said he let him know asked if he could give me a time frame he said maybe tomorrow or when ever I'm assuming he doesn't need the work. At least he could take his adds down so we don't waste our time.
Great team working together with a wealth of experience. I appreciate having a good local plumbing supplier that I can count on.
Paul and Scott are great at helping one get what they need.
Called to get some parts ordered for my home, Scott answered and said he couldn’t help me if I’m not a plumber…he refused a paying costumer. Lost my business and my companies business.
