I was looking for a specific toilet with specific criteria, and was not having success. I called Nancy at Keller in Vancouver, and she set me on the right path to finding what I wanted. In less than 10 minutes, I found what I needed and was able to order it through Nancy. I originally spent quite sometime in my search, and Nancy got me there in a jiff. Thanks again.
