Keller has a nice Redmond showroom upstairs from their will-call desk. We worked with Jada to specify our Delta and Moen trim for existing tub and shower upgrades. She helped us get the best price possible, even matching online prices in some cases. Jada was a pleasure to work with. We will be returning to Keller for our next project!

If I could give this company -10 zeros I would. My husband and I were in there this afternoon. They couldn’t even be bothered to help us. They were two people in the office. They both totally ignored us. Maybe we didn’t look like their kind of customers. Remember The movie Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts tried to get help in an expensive dress store. Do yourself a favor and go to another Keller showroom, or infact anywhere else. The showroom staff are dismissive and boorish! Ignore the entry sign that welcomes patrons and encouraging asking questions, the persons there would rather take calls than talk to customers, and when you finally get a response from them you are welcomed with dismissive belittling behavior.
