I had never purchased from them but needed some fittings for a job I was doing close by. I called and asked if they had the fittings I needed. My question was met with hostile aggressive questions: “do you have an account? Are you a licensed bonded plumber?” I didn’t know if my employer had an account there at the time but I had a company CC to use. Our go-to place for plumbing supplies in Albany. Better prices than Fergusons. All the counter guys are super helpful, and i've never had to wait longer than 5-10 mins. Please keep in mind they only sell to plumbers.
