I never order flowers and have seen some pretty tragic "expectations" vs. "reality" photos of flowers arrangements from discount florists so I was a little hesitant and wanted to make sure I picked the right florist. Worst customer experience of my life! The woman working was rude, disrespectful and curt. I stopped in by chance to pick up something late for Mother's Day and she talked to me like I was an idiot and why did I wait until the last minute. She lost a decent sale. Had to drive 5 miles out of my way to find flowers and happily paid $150. I can not believe the poor business at this local flower shop. One would think they would have top notch customer service. I would never shop here.
For some reason my first review has disappeared, but I do want to make sure future brides see my post. This florist shop messed up my bouquet on the day of my wedding, and the flowers in my arbor as well. I ordered a cascading bouquet, and was given a round, boring bouquet with weird greenery strands circled around it. It was nothing like the pictures I picked out for my bouquet. Was greatly impressed with the knowledge and care from these people. We bought a large amount of plants, and every flower that I mentioned I liked but did not pick up was in my car when I unloaded it at home. We bought so many plants from them that they threw them in for free without even saying anything about it.
