Dr Osborne is extremely knowledgeable & takes the time not only treat the patient but to educate the patient as well. I would Highly recommend him as a dentist.
UPDATE: After speaking with the office in regards to this situation the insurance was confirmed as IN network and should have been covered for the cleaning. The office worked with me in regards to everything and have done an outstanding job to further look into this. Thank you and apologies for the rant, it was on my insurance- not y’all!! I gave 2 stars cause they were great til this mishap and now I am disappointed. Especially when you are not informed of being OON and now have to pay an unexpected bill.
