Called at 4:15 in the evening on a Friday. Jacob arrived shortly after five. He listened to me with care and quickly made a diagnostic on the builder grade system that I have. He repaired it quickly and gave me options as to how to keep a thirty year system running and what it would take to replace. Cost was reasonable and fair for the repair and he did it with professionalism and humor. Keller services will be my maintenance techs from now on and I will specifically ask for Jacob. Fantastic job and service.
Our air went out and we were expecting guest. Keller went the extra mile to get it repaired just in time. They are efficient and through. Highly recommend this company. You can trust them.
