Very friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of very efficiently. I received all of documents and was able to get them signed and finished.
The staff is nice and good at contacting you if any issues that requires your attention.
I have been with them for many years and it has always been a good experience!
Update: okay, so even though I was inconvenienced and a little bit lot of frustrated the owner called me today and literally fixed everything. He explained everything in better terms and made sure I was inside the unit before even suggesting it's all good on my end. And this is why I preferred the locally owned compared to big corporations.
