Didn't have to pay for processing tenant application.
Have been in a house managed by RPM Reno for 3 months now. Have had no complaints with the house or with Brian at RPM. He's been easy to deal with and I've only needed him once when I was locked out because of a power outage. I called Brian after business hours and 20 minutes later I met him at the office to get a new key. So far I am very pleased with Brian and RPM Reno.
I moved into a home that they managed for a great price.
We found a rental unit that we really liked.
Our second Investment has been rented quickly with no problems. I like the market analyst they send now. Would give 5 if they could provide more detail on area with it.
I cannot say enough good things about RPM. We found a couple listings on Zillow/Trulia that were managed by RPM, and Bonnie was the agent we coincidentally dealt with for our showings. I could not disagree more with the negative comments below. We toured the homes in January, moved in February and the customer service has been amazing. As far as property management firms you won't find any better!
We have had them manage our property for 10 months so far and have been very happy with the services. We plan on using them for our new purchase in October.
A great company to have manage your rental unit. They always answer their phones (or at least call you back) and are very efficient. We have had good success with them for the past couple of years, which has allowed us to spend our time enjoying other things. Thanks RPM!
