As you can see by the response. My statement about the apartment is correct. Since the ac didn't work i had to buy two window units. Because the floors were water damaged and then covered, the smell never went away. Total slum lords. Floors were rotten and stunk from water damage. AC didn't work and i had to buy window units, shoddy repairs, overall, a disgusting place to live. They expect tenets to spend their own money to make habitable then keep deposit. Avoid them if you can. Total section 8 apartment.
Horrid. Absolutely disgraceful old man who works here as a real-estate agent.
