In November, I came across David Downs at Keller Knapp and he was my realtor with buying my first home. His expertise, attentiveness made the process run smoothly. At the time I lived in another state; his knowledge of the city made narrowing down my future neighborhood easy and staying in touch over the details was great. He thought of and took care of items that didnt occur to me (very thorough home inspection, etc). He negotiated a great deal as well. I highly recommend David, he always had my best interest in mind.
