Absolutely horrible experience. Completely inflexible company, treats their customers like they are idiots. My entire flooring choices was based on using an approved by Lowe's advanced underlayment that keeler refused to install despite it specifically being designed for use with Lowe's lvp. Keller waited till the day before to deny it's use. Now it's too late in my timeline to cancel. They likely did it on purpose. The total thickness would have still been less than 2mm. Extremely frustrated with this business. I ordered and paid for (thru Lowes)my tile install early February. Supposedly everything was delivered to my house on Feb 13th. Have waited since then for install. They tell me I need an additional this and that. Finally, they come out on April 9th to do the installation. It was laughable. The supervisor came the next day. RANT: Lowe's in Dublin used Keller Interiors to install carpet in an upstairs bedroom that clearly didn't match. I was downstairs. The installer told me after "yes, I noticed it didn't match" but didn't think to call me upstairs to look at it and just installed it anyway. This is after he called me upstairs to look at the padding, the wood floor, and the cables, so it's not like he didn't ask me to look at everything else.
