The carpet install we paid for through Lowes was perfect. The vinyl sheet linoleum installer is horrible. Terrible communication skills, ofter requiring going through his corporate office or lowes directly. We paid in November and he didn't schedule install until mid January. Was supposed to start the 12th, but no one showed up or called. Called lowes and the installer had told them he couldn't install as we still had all of the old stuff down. The first installer called at 12:00 to tell me carpet was damaged so I called Lowe’s and they immediately cut another piece. Installer was nowhere to be found, never called and could not get in touch with office all day. Received a call that week from a very insincere woman who assured me there would be a new installer on Thursday at 9:30, he shows up at 11:30 with 600 feet of carpet for a different job I was only having basement stairs done. The installer themselves are great. They installed my floors and took the extra time to make sure it was done right. Keller as a company is horrible! Their delivery person was creepy and unprofessional. Made comments about my appearance and asked me if I live alone. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I tried to call Keller more than once about this and they didn’t care. I was promised someone would call me about this and they never did. Even if it was only someone flirting, it’s not professional. Made a claim a week ago about a terrible and failing carpet installation, Keller called said they would get someone to look at the installation to make a determination. Damaged the entire new stairwell walls, carpet is lumping in the center the stairs, it is not attached along the edges of the stairs, fraying on all edges. Scheduled them to arrive next day to inspect, they stood us up with a complete no show, no call, no response. 2 days later no responses, and no solution.
