Keller Interiors was contracted out to us through Lowes for a laminate flooring installation. We have an older house and there are a couple loose boards on our subfloor, which we told Lowes about and they assured us that Keller will take a look at it. Our original installation date was supposed to be August 27th. On the 26th, Keller interiors called us asking if we were ready for the installation and if all the materials were delivered. Keller Interiors was subcontracted to install flooring for us through Lowes. We set a date for the installation and took the time off work. The day before installation they reached out to us asking if the flooring was delivered. No it hasn't. It turns out that Keller Interiors subcontacted another company to deliver our flooring sometime in the week before, who tried to get in contact with us and failed. Keller and this other company are nearly impossible to get a hold of, they won't return our calls, emails or anything. Now... read more

Elio was great. Best experience I had with a carpet install. Elio was prepared, on-time, and efficient with his work. Carpet looks great in my home. I recommend Keller Interiors and Elio for the install.
The carpet install we paid for through Lowes was perfect. The vinyl sheet linoleum installer is horrible. Terrible communication skills, ofter requiring going through his corporate office or lowes directly. We paid in November and he didn't schedule install until mid January. Was supposed to start the 12th, but no one showed up or called. Called lowes and the installer had told them he couldn't install as we still had all of the old stuff down.
