The installer themselves are great. They installed my floors and took the extra time to make sure it was done right. Keller as a company is horrible! Their delivery person was creepy and unprofessional. Made comments about my appearance and asked me if I live alone. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Made a claim a week ago about a terrible and failing carpet installation, Keller called said they would get someone to look at the installation to make a determination. Damaged the entire new stairwell walls, carpet is lumping in the center the stairs, it is not attached along the edges of the stairs, fraying on all edges. Scheduled them to arrive next day to inspect, they stood us up with a complete no show, no call, no response. 2 days later no responses, and no solution. We purchased carpet from Lowes, and they subcontracted through Keller in GR. We were super happy, thinking we were getting a quality job all around. Unfortunately the install had issues, and Keller customer service was less then helpful. Lowes IST department puts the issues on Keller and their lack of communication and follow up. So 90 days later and we are hung up again waiting for Keller to tell Lowes whether or not the carpet can be salvaged before they can actually order the replacement carpet? What the heck.
Keller Interiors was incredibly accommodating, fitting my project into their schedule much faster than I anticipated. Their crew worked efficiently and professionally, ensuring everything was completed in a very timely manner. I truly appreciate their quick turnaround and excellent service.
