Just want to say, this company SUCKS! i unfortunately had to use them twice! Its the only company lowes uses i guess! The last time i used them was a year ago, when the team of a man and woman came, the guy didn't even speak to me! not only that he went into my laundry room grabbed a roll of toilet paper and used my bathroom! without even asking. We are totally and thoroughly impressed with Keller Interiors the install personnel Luis and Javier were polite at introducing themselves upon arrival, and were professional throughout the duration. The workmanship of this installation was completed in a time effective manner and with attention to detail of the trade. This proves that they take pride in their work. I have a project at Lowes for flooring. I waited five hours for the employee to take measurements. He never showed up. The lady on the phone said she couldn't reach anyone. The worst company. I can only advise against using them. Not even an apology.

Keller Interiors was absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. First they delayed scheduling, indicating that Lowe’s had underestimated amount of materials. I paid an additional $300 plus for more supplies. They still refused to schedule indicating that they STILL needed another tube of caulk. Once we did schedule, the delivery driver was the most difficult man. Scheduled for a Friday, wanted to come on Thursday when no one was scheduled to be home. We've enjoyed this experience from start to finish. I had contact with the office several times prior to install, they were always so nice and patient with my myriad of questions. The install workers they sent were highly skilled professionals and the finished floor looks amazing!
