I would like to request that Lowe's Home Improvement fire Keller Interiors as their installation partner. They do not communicate delays with carpet and have delayed my installation now to approximately two months. Today, I was told they are overwhelmed with the new Lowe's market and because they have not had any days off due to this workload, I will be now waiting another two weeks for a carpet install. Unacceptable.

Wildher did a fantastic job that was above and beyond what I hoped for! He was extremely professional and efficient and clearly had a ton of experience. I’m amazed that he did such consistent, excellent work in 3 rooms all on his own. He took out the old, gross carpet that was here before and gave these rooms a new life. Thank you so much!!

I paid $100 extra to have furniture moved in one bedroom. Ended up clearing entire bedroom out ourselves prior to install minus one light desk which was in 3 small pieces. Two installers refused to move it when they arrived, instead watched while my 70 year old mother in law moved it even after she asked them to help her.
