The installer and his helper arrived on time, moved the furniture as agreed and moved right along installing our new master bedroom carpeting. They did a nice job, I could not see a trace of the seam, all the thresholds were neat and trim so overall a great job!
I have to admit I was hesitant due to all the negative reviews I read but l was pleasantly surprised! The flooring crew Joe Brochard and Jose Hernandez were amazing! They embody customer service like no other company I have ever seen! They wanted to make sure that we were happy in all aspects of the flooring and baseboards. They asked us detailed questions to better understand our needs and wants. Do not use this company. They subcontracted with Lowes, probably the only way they get customers. Shayla didn't show up for an appt, no call. I called multiple times, no calls back. Damages to my furniture and walls because they only sent 1 person despite me paying extra for large furniture. Carpet seam visible, hard bumps under carpet.
