Lowes contracted Keller interiors in Ocala Fl, to tile our entire house which is 1850 square feet. The installers ( Dave and Bill ) were outstanding. This was a big job, and they were here 9 days working hard. The attitude of these two guys was amazing and they are truly pros. When the job was done they left the place spotless. I will definitely be calling on them for future projects.

Where do I start. This company is contracted by Lowe’s. First Lowe’s schedules my carpet install only to find out Lowe’s does not do the scheduling, lost that day of work. Secondly I was contacted by Keller for the install and confirmed a date and time slot. NO SHOW NO PHONE CALL, lost another day of work. Still waiting on phone call from Lowes AND Keller. Abysmal experience with these folks through Lowe’s. I gave them one star only because their flooring guy went above and beyond on the vinyl laminate job. The carpet guys, not so much. Cancelled and got my money back on both carpet and installation. Zero communication, smart alecky people there. I won’t purchase a ten penny nail from the Lady Lake Lowe’s after my experience, not would I ever utilize Keller Interiors.

Worst I have ever dealt with. Came out to measure three times so well aware of existing flooring. Paid for flooring to be removed and cleared house. On day of install, came out and looked and decided too much variance in flooring . Left without even calling. Schedule all this through Lowes. Called company... no answer, called Lowes and at that time it was explained that they wouldn't complete the job due to existing flooring. The installers don't fully clean up to hide the fact that they didn't carpet to the edges of the rooms properly. After cleaning up after the clowns I realized the problem. The company doesn't answer their phones or respond to complaints or concerns. Overall horrible experience through Lowe's who selected them as an installer.
