They were able to configure a unit that works for our home. Demo and installation were needed on different days and they accommodated us. Had a problem with the thermostat and they were quick to fix the problem. Staff was pleasant and mindful of our home.
As a student, a few days ago, our home heating system broke down, and in my moment of helplessness, I sought assistance. The workers were very considerate, provided satisfactory service, offered a reasonable price, and were punctual. It was a wonderful service experience!
Thanks Keller!! The price was fair (we received 4 quotes!) and installation of a completely new HVAC system was timely and clean. We’ve had 2 issues this week (4 months after install) but both due to an issue caused by a leaky hot water heater and the repair of that - not anything actually wrong with our furnace. Great experience with the team at Keller. They replaced our old furnace and AC with a highly efficient furnace, heat pump and humidifier. They have been easy to work with and were available to answer all my questions.
Great job once again by Keller and Jeramy. He showed up on time and ready to go. Went over my system, explained everything that I asked about, and gave good advice on how to keep things running correctly. A+ job by the whole Keller team here!
