Most of there techs don’t care if they fix your problem or not most of the time it takes at least two or three times before fixed. This is coming from first hand x employee.
During a pandemic you should not be allowing techs into numerous customers houses daily without a mask while he is obviously sick and coughing. It is disgusting and completely unacceptable and when I called to talk to you about it you decided I wasn’t the customer that my leasing office was. I’m pretty sure it is my belongings that your employee is coughing all over.
Great experience! From the the time we called to the time they were on our doorstep under 90 minutes. Fixed within one hour. Zach was awesome.
