It was fair service. I waited 2 weeks for my car just for a front light to be replaced. Did not receive any updated phone call about my car. I had to call them to see when my car was going to be finished.
Charging for labor to swap door handles is unheard of.
Keller Ford will repair your Vehicle with knowledgeable, professional mechanics that get the job done right! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their vehicle done the right way, the first time. They don’t have your vehicle for days & days, because the part is normally in stock. For a dealership service center, the price won’t make your jaw drop to floor when you hear the grand total of the repair either. Definitely a 5 star place!

Recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus and traded in our 2014 Ford Fusion. The trade in price was fair, employee pricing got us a good discount on the Nautilus, and our salesman Jimmie was great. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, and if you’re current or prior military there is a little extra incentive through Ford.
