Went in with severe back pain and the front desk just blew me off. She said that the Doctor should be back about 2 pm. Well, yes, she did return about 2 and met with a salesman in the lobby and did not acknowledge that we were even in the waiting room. My husband inquired, at the desk, and was told to fill out the paper work and the Doctor would "try" to work me in later. When he inquired if this was an "Urgent Care Clinic" he was told no.
