Dr. Keller is always on time with my appointments. He has always gotten me in immediately if I have an eye emergency. Their office runs smoothly and gets you in and out very quickly without feeling like they didn't give a thorough exam. Him and his staff have been friendly 100%. They have also been generous with making sure I can try out different brands ( contacts) to make sure I get what is comfortable to me.
Dr. Keller is very friendly and knowledgeable. Without insurance, it was $135 for an basic eye exam. I'm editing my previous 5 star down to 4 because of a few less than friendly encounters with the woman who works the front desk. She was impatient and seemed annoyed when I called to ask a follow up question about my visit. I get everyone has bad days, but unfortunately I had multiple poor experiences with her.
I was nervous about going into my appointment today because I've had a lot of bad experiences with eye doctors. But I'll tell you what! Dr Keller was amazing! He was so friendly, did an amazing job explaining what was going on and answered some questions I'd had since my last appointment with a previous eye doctor. I would highly recommend!! And he was super fast too! I was in and out in no time, feeling great about the whole experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯👓🤓
