Unfortunately, my child's school uses them exclusively for shirts. I live less than 2 miles from the store and asked if I could call in an order for standard uniform shirts and pick it up to avoid shipping costs. They said no, I have to order online and pay shipping, they were unwilling to do it any other way. I don't appreciate businesses that will not work with a customer who is trying to save a little bit where she can. I would definitely take my business elsewhere if I could.

With the amount of foot traffic in store pick ups would generate, we have a shipping only format so we can serve all of our clients in a safe and efficient manner.
