current patient- went through a crisis financially and of course, they’re more concerned about money than mental health. Now they’re threatening collections if i don’t pay in 2 months and i’m not allowed to see my therapist until paid, even through i’m making payments- I’ll find a new one, don’t think i was to be associated with an office like that.

I've been receiving remote counseling at Keller Counseling and Associates for over a year, and I am very pleased with the therapy I've received in that time. I was able to schedule my initial evaluation quickly, a few weeks' wait instead of months which I found typical with other local counseling services. I am a healthcare worker with an unpredictable schedule and frequent emergency calls that I cannot control. I had to cancel an appointment last minute, due to an emergency, and then was informed the next time I would be billed $80 for the last minute fee. I told them this is something I cannot control because of my schedule an if they couldn't accommodate that, then I would have to find someone else because I felt like a threat was looming over it if I made an appointment but had an ER call.
