If I could rate it zero stars I would but google won't let me. I took my daughter for an initial intake meeting. After our spring break and then the provider's PTO I received an email that she was no longer at the practice and they did not have availability to absorb my daughter into another provider's client list. So they dropped us after one visit but charged us for nothing and refused to issue a refund. We were not provided with any services. This place is a scam.
Brought my young daughter here for play therapy. We had a few appointments and began building rapport with one of the providers. They booked us out several months ahead. Then we got an email out of nowhere that our provider was no longer with the practice with links to a few other practices. My partner is a therapist and was appalled at the way this was handled. Welcoming office and a relaxing environment. Easy to schedule online and reschedule as needed. Offers virtual too.
current patient- went through a crisis financially and of course, they’re more concerned about money than mental health. Now they’re threatening collections if i don’t pay in 2 months and i’m not allowed to see my therapist until paid, even through i’m making payments- I’ll find a new one, don’t think i was to be associated with an office like that.
I've been receiving remote counseling at Keller Counseling and Associates for over a year, and I am very pleased with the therapy I've received in that time. I was able to schedule my initial evaluation quickly, a few weeks' wait instead of months which I found typical with other local counseling services.
