If I could give less than one star I would. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back to a room immediately by a woman at the front desk. She was an older lady with gray hair. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I was left in that room for almost an hour until the medical assistant came in and asked who I was. I gave my name and she said that nobody told them I was back there. She proceeds to ask me why I’m there while taking notes on her exam glove. Then takes my temperature and leaves. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room for over an hour for scheduled appointments. There is no respect for your time.
I stopped going here because it’s impossible to speak to anybody on the phone. Their patient portal doesn’t work well. I needed results and have still not heard back. Anytime you leave a voicemail you never get a call back. I’ve called at multiple different times and the voicemail says “after 4:30 you’ll get a call tomorrow,” I’ve never gotten a call back despite the fact I called well before 4:30 before. Feels like there is a lack care. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere
Dr Lane and all the staff are professional and treat you with respect. By far, Dr. Lane has been the best family doctor I've ever had and let's just say, I'm no spring chicken. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for good healthcare. I give them 5 stars hands down! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My last appointment I was there three hours for no reason very bad the only reason I go my doctor is good
