Rude staff and they charge you for services that didn’t provide. They went ahead and charged my credit card whithout my consent. Catalyst group is a money hungry organization taking your hard earned money from working class people like me. They are all about $$$$$$$$$$$.

You’ll wait 2 hours every time you see him. You’ll talk to him for a few mins and he will ask you what you currently are prescribed. He will be friendly and refill SOME OF YOUR MEDS the first time. Dr Lane is an exceptionally knowledgeable medical doctor and a truly golden human being.
Dr. ASHRAFIAN is the best doctor I’ve ever known, and he has a great bedside manner. He is head and shoulders above every other doctor in my past. However, his staff screamed at me, overtalked me, and generally did not care. I called this office one day, and I was placed on hold for 15-45 minutes then the line would cut me off. I followed the doc’s instructions on requesting refills for my BIPOLAR medication, but as usual the communication got lost or whatever.
