My business had this service for 14 years. FINALLY made the change. Over charged and under delivered. Mike Keller is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I have dealt with. After contract ended, childish emails sent to me as well as childish notes left at the office. Would not recommend.
Great service, dedicated to customer satisfaction, big enough to handle large buildings small enough to care. Also I can attest to their amazing floor work from carpet cleaning to stripping and waxing tile floors.
I manage the Safelite Auto Glass in Lincoln, NE and I made the switch to Keller Building Service about one year ago. I have been VERY HAPPY ever since! I gave them a try because the last cleaning company just stopped showing up (even though they kept charging me). The owner Mike and team have been nothing less than professional from the beginning and have been giving us reliable service ever since. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
