Regardless my need for auto service for my 2007 Chvy Cobalt, I've never had to wait more than an hour. Makes no difference who assist with the paperwork, actual repairs / maintnance needed, I have been spoken to with respect; no one of the staff has ever been condescending toward me. The Agents provide photo's and EMail the Before and After results of work required, parts needing replaced--- Keller Brothers has always qualified their work on my auto, with photo-proof. Very Disappointed - our family has been going to Keller Bros for several years. We had an estimate of suggested repairs from the dealer and made an appt to have their repairs confirmed. No disclosure of a $49 vehicle inspection was mentioned when the appt was made and that they had done a lot of work on our vehicles in the past thought as before they would confirm and let us know.
