Keller did an install of a floor for Lowe's. Wrong floor installed. Refused to stand behind it. Poor customer service. Lowe's Manager told Keller to fix it, they refused. They also did an estimate of the work and padded the estimate. Confirmed by their employee installer. Refused to fix that either. I see from an internet search that there is pending litigation against them for shoddy workmanship and poor service. I guess I concur.
Keller did our carport last year and I have to say they did a excellent Job. We had a large cloud burst,80mph winds and it was solid as a rock. I would highly recommend them for carport repair and install.
