On the tickets it said that the cafe opened 90 minutes before the performance, but opened 60 minutes before. It was cold standing outside waiting to get in. Thanks the superior stand was right in front of the doors...could get thru. The venue is great....think you could improve the logistics abit!
We saw Celtic Thunder. Staff seemed friendly. Everything appeared clean. The seats were reasonably comfortable.

I wish I could say this place was great. The staff is always helpful and kind and the place is clean. It is a great venue for plays or theatrical events but for concerts the sound is horrible. It's so distorted that you can hardly make out the words in the box seats or balcony and it's not much better on the ground level. I feel it's a waste of money for musical events.
Have been here many times and love the venue. Saw Sturgill Simpson Saturday night, 5th row. Awesome show! Awesome except for the drunk guy and his girlfriend in the 3 d row that stood in front of everyone all night. Disappointed my view of the show was ruined.
