My daughter's and I went to see Miranda Sings last night, our tickets were not at the will call (not their fault). My girls were distraught, many tears. Michael at the ticket counter went above and beyond and made things right, not because he had to, out of kindness and compassion . Made this momma and her kiddos very happy. Hope you see this Michael, thank you soo much from the bottoms of our hearts.
We went to see @Finding Neverland Friday night and it was magical! We were right in front and it was like being a part of the whole thing! Most of the staff seemed very polite but there was an usher who was a bit obnoxious about taking pictures before the play even began. Not sure if it was a Keller employee also but the lady at the tee shirt booth was very curt and rushed me through and seemed a little agitated. I loved going to the keller, it was just so magical. My only complaint is the souvenir gift shop ppl, they were very rude to me, it wont stop me from going back to the keller, but i will be buying from online now
ODOT recommended people stay off roads, several accidents, airlines cancelling flights yet, Keller does not cancel performance and will not refund tickets, $100's wasted. So dissappointed. Will definitely think twice before I attend any performances. It's not worth the risk during winter months.
I have been going to The Keller for years...way before it was The Keller...and have always loved it. I take my 14yr old granddaughter to The Nutcracker, concerts (just saw Straight No Chaser) and the Broadway musicals (saw "Finding Neverland" yesterday) and we love the experience. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the staff. Yes, sometimes there are young children at The Nutcracker or The Singing Christmas Tree who get squirrelly and restless, but parents have always taken them out to settle them down. ... read more
