This company is the last I'd want my bank to hire for a commercial appraisal much less any appraisal. Bank hired them to do a commercial appraisal for a 7 figure deal/refinance -- Established business - operating just fine - in their comparables they used a distressed sale and 2 other business types that are completely dissimilar to ours. Amateur hour at it's finest and a waste of money. Deal still worked but even the entire commercial lending dept at the bank could not believe the ineptitude of this company.
