I am writing to formally document my experience with Dr. Arlene Keller and the staff at Sutter Health, including the receptionist Nancy. My interactions with Dr. Keller have been consistently unprofessional and, at times, confrontational. I have never been more invalidated and dismissed in my life. Dr. Arlene Keller approached our first physical in such a disrespectful way. She ignored many of my health concerns, interrupted me, and only proceeded to talk about topics she was concerned about. I tried to discuss areas that were concern of mine, and how I was hoping to overcome those issues, and all she tried to do was fit me in a box, prescribe me medication, and tell me what medical conditions I was likely aligned to. Several reviews mention Dr Keller's lack of compassion and bedside manner. While I cannot argue with this, I have to say that she is a very good physician. She has no time for small talk, personal dramas, or those in need of comfort. She delivers her verdicts and expends her time with brutal efficiency. I am in much better health today because of this. I highly reccomend her.

This is the only time I’ve written any kind of online review of any business or physician — I am incredibly disappointed with Dr. Keller’s office, staff, and level of care. I have never been treated with dignity in her office, and have been routinely appalled at her bedside manner. Lack of compassion, and never been given any kind of helpful medical advice.
