Dr. HAYES was very receptive to my medical issue and got to work setting things in motion for me. I recommend him for others as well.
If I could leave a 0 I would. They designated my wife's blood work as diagnostic and not preventative which means we have to pay for it. Honor health (monopoly) has never charged us for blood work for her diabetes but this guy did. How could this be diagnostic when we already know she has diabetes, obviously preventative to prevent her diabetes from getting worse. Also, they keep sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. The best doctor I have ever had in my life! I am disabled and have MANY medical issues. He takes care of everything for me. Very caring, passionate and intelligent doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone I know. He took on my mom super fast after an emergency and got her in immediately.
Dr Hayes is a Great Doctor. His assistant Sandra is awesome, and from office staff is great. But the New Honor Health call system SUCKS. You can go longer leave a message for doctor or office . IF The Medical Assistants that finally answer phones after 40 minutes decide your message is not important enough to send to doctor they don't. They also don't put all the reasons you called, Do they Really have a medical assistant license???? They should be posted. What is Honor Health becoming.
