I can not recommend Dr. Kellen Choi highly enough. From the first consultation, Dr. Choi took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and discuss all my options. The surgery itelf went flawlessly. Dr. Choi and his amazing team checked in on my progress and coordinated seamlessly with physical therapist. Thanks to their expertise! If you're looking for highly skilled, compassionate and highly professional orthopedic surgeon, look no further!
If I could give zeros for the phone representitive (Peg) I would, she was very rude. Wouldn't let me speak with a Nurse or answer questions regarding the doctor. Not all orthos will see a PKR post-op and I have to make sure prior to going to see the doctor. She hung up on me because she couldn't answer my questions, or transfer me to someone who could.
I was referred to Dr. Choi by my primary care physician. I found him to be very professional, approachable, and humble. I received injections in my knees. However, at this point in time, and due to my age and knee pain, l plan to schedule an appointment to discuss the possibility of moving forward with total knee replacement. I have confidence in his knowledge and skill bank. Yes, l wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Choi to any person in need of an orthopedic specialist. I rate him 5 stars out of 5.
