They showed me a number of locations, and when we identified the perfect spot, they went above and beyond to negotiate a price and terms that were favorable to me. I would wholeheartedly do business with them again.
Tom made finding a new office such an easy process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect office within one day. His associate Brian was very good as well. What I appreciate most was their transparency and how simple the process was. Prior to speaking with Tom we were searching for a new office space for 2 months. I wish I had reached out earlier I would have saved so much time. Not only that, but he also negotiated on our behalf to get us the best deal.
I have had the pleasure of getting to know a number of the team members at K&S over the past couple of years. They are all knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate.
