While the place was cheap, the problems that came with my apartment was not worth the savings. I lived in the lower floor and there was a bad ant problem when I first moved in. I contacted management and they told me to buy ant traps. A month in I started to notice water leakage coming from the upper floor and I was told by management that it was my fault so all they did was get a dehumidifier. This is my third month here and I highly recommend the property. I moved from a house to an apartment so I had to downsize and learn how to live in a close community again. All considered, I feel management handles and maintains the community really well keeping it clean and quiet.
