Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I've had at a doctor's office...scheduled an appointment a week in advance and one day before, they called to tell me that one of their doctors would be out and that I had no choice but to reschedule. First they asked me whether I was actually sick or whether I was just going for a routine checkup.
