worst customer service. Have used several times, last time to fix a new snowblower that the auger stopped working after one time. The repaired and return, go to use it today and it did the same thing. Told they couldn't test because there was no snow at time of repair, but not willing to pick up while there is snow, out the cost of repair which clearly was not guaranteed. Will never use again.

While the folks were friendly, the estimate of cost was off - really off. Final price for a tune up ("Oh, should be about 40 to 50 dollars") ended up being $112.00. Bought me parts I didn't ask for and never called like they said they would when the price exceeded the verbal (shame on me) estimate. Wouldn't use again.

I had an extremely positive experience with the service technicians at Kellem Lawn Mower Service. During my search for a lawnmower I was referred to Kellam Lawn Mower by a friend. "They've always treated me very well and been very helpful with my purchases. They are a small family run business, very knowledgeable and service oriented. They've been there my whole life." I'm glad I took his advice and visited Kellam instead of going to one of the "Big Box" stores. I have recently had some bad experiences with lawnmower shops keeping their word on the time it would take and cost of repairs. Because of that I have been cautious trying new places. I decided to try Kellam, and has been an exception to the rule. They told me that it would be approx. one week turn-around and they would call me with an estimate. Last Saturday, while mowing the lawn, I stopped my mower to pick up a newspaper. When I went to restart it, it would not start! I realized that it being noon on a Saturday it would be very tough to get it repaired but I had friends and family coming over that evening and the lawn was half mowed! These guys are are fast and professional. They will get you up and running when your equipment is down. They also rent equipment when you need more equipment.

The service was fast the prices were competetive and they were very easy to deal with, I will definitely use them again in the future and recomend them to all of my friends and family.
